Terms and Conditions for Booking Services

By booking readings with Abbie or sending a payment you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Before sending any payments, you must first contact Abbie via email or phone (text or WhatsApp) to book in a slot for your specified service. Only once Abbie has confirmed a time slot with you should you send any payment (including making any payment via PayPal). Sending a payment will not constitute a booking for a service or any contract of service between you and Abbie. Payments should be made within 48 hours after agreeing a time slot with Abbie. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the reserved slot will expire and you will be required to rearrange a time slot.

2. If you send a payment without first booking a service or if, for any reason, Abbie is unable to read for you then you will be issued a full refund in accordance with paragraph 4 below.

3. All readings must be paid for in advance (payment made by bank transfer must be received in Abbie’s account in cleared funds before the reading can commence, a screenshot showing payment us not acceptable). No clairvoyance will be given on any call or via email unless you have booked a slot for your service and paid for that service in advance. Zoom or Skype calls are at scheduled times only. Please ensure you connect for your reading at the appropriate time, failing this you will lose minutes or incur a charge of £1.00 per minute of extended time.

4. If you wish to cancel or amend your booking you must give at least 24 hours notice otherwise your payment will be non-refundable (including any deposits paid). If you do not call at your scheduled time then your booking will be treated as cancelled and your payment (and any deposits) will be non-refundable. If you are not available for the full time period of your reading then you will forfeit any remaining time. Your service is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from Abbie stating the time and date of the service. In the event you prepay for a service then you will have a maximum of three months to use that service (at a time agreed with Abbie) and after that three months elapses then you will no longer be entitled to have the service and any amounts paid will be non-refundable.

5. If you wish to book an in person reading at Abbie's home, please arrange a time and pay in advance as per paragraphs 1-4. Abbie offers a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals to her home.

6. In the event you have already paid for a service and either (a) Abbie is unable to read for you; or (b) (subject to paragraph 6 below) during a service Abbie does not feel there is a connection and so is unable to continue the service (a “non-connection”) then, at Abbie’s sole discretion, a refund may be offered to you. If you have paid by PayPal then the refund will only be via cheque. In this event you must notify Abbie of your name and address and a cheque will be issued to you within 14 working days.

7. In the case of psychic readings, no refund will be given for a non-connection if your readings lasts more than five minutes. If Abbie informs you of a non-connection and you choose to proceed with the reading, then no refund will be given.

8. If you choose to pay via PayPal you do so at your own risk and acknowledge that Abbie shall not be held responsible in any way for the systems of PayPal or any delay or transmission error caused by PayPal’s systems.

9. By booking a service with Abbie you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.

10. Readings should be viewed as entertainment. Any service shall not be taken to constitute advice of a medical, legal or psychological nature and no guidance offered during a service is legally binding. No counselling or supervision service is available.

11. You acknowledge that it is entirely at Abbie’s discretion whether to offer a service.

12. Special offers are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.

13. Abbie is covered by professional indemnity and public liability insurance including slander/defamation and will not tolerate any form of abuse.

14. Recordings via telephone mobile WhatsApp up or private sitting are not to be actioned unless approval and consent has been authorised by Abbie.

Terms and conditions for gift certificates

1. Gift certificates will be posted out to customers within 3 working days of payment to the address submitted by the buyer. Gift certificates are only valid for a 60-minute reading (either telephone, in person or via Zoom/Skype). Gift certificates are not permitted to be used with any other offer or promotion. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash nor will be a refund be given against a gift certificate. Gift certificates are valid for 1 calendar year from the date of purchase. If the recipient does not use the gift certificate before the expiry date then it will be forfeited. Gift certificate should be treated like cash and no replacements are available for lost, damaged or defaced gift certificates. The original gift certificate (signed by Psychic Abbie) must be surrendered to Abbie before the reading is to take place. All readings using gift certificates as payment must be booked in advance by email.
